The Platform is owned and operated by Ishivika Handloom, a business entity with its registered office at Beside Bajaj Allianz, Malviya Road, Basti, Uttar Pradesh - 272001 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use or access the Platform.

1. GENERAL TERMS

• By using the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Platform Owner, governed by these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review them for updates.
• Your use of the Platform and its services is at your sole risk. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Unauthorized use of the Platform may result in legal action against you.
• The Platform contains proprietary content. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from the Platform without prior written permission.
• You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes or activities prohibited by applicable laws.

2. ORDERING, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and order placement.
• Orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We accept various payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (only for orders up to ₹5000).
• Demand drafts, cheques, or foreign currency are not accepted for COD orders.
• Once an order is placed, our team will verify it via a phone call. After confirmation, the order will be dispatched.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.
• Delivery time may vary based on location and logistics.
• Customers refusing to pay for COD orders without a valid reason (wrong or damaged product) may be barred from future purchases.

3. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

• No product return will be initiated without an official email request from the customer.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of shipment. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and invoices intact.
• Damage or defect complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting images.
• Exchanges are only allowed for damaged products. No refunds will be provided for non-damaged items.
• Prices displayed on the website are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) inclusive of all taxes.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the information provided on the Platform.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or its services.
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question, or ₹100, whichever is less.
• We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure events).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ishivika Handloom.
• You may not modify, copy, or distribute any content without prior authorization.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

• The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes.
• We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of these external websites.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Basti, Uttar Pradesh.
